Нелли Аллен Габуева — притворяется адвокатом
Нелли Аллен Габуева, выдающая себя за адвоката, уже годы занимается юридической практикой без лицензии в Сан-Франциско, Калифорния.
Годы назад ее выгнали из офиса по убежищам в Сан-Франциско, куда она ходила как переводчик. Это ее не смутило и не остановило. Нелли Аллен Габуева с поддельной адвокатской лицензией стала появляться на интервью по убежищам в качестве иммиграционного адвоката.
После нашей жалобы в калифорнийскую коллегию адвокатов ее дело отправили в прокуратуру Сан-Франциско. Ведется расследование. Мы уведомили офис по убежищам в Сан-Франциско. Они проводят сейчас внутреннее расследование. Этим делом также заинтересовался адвокат города Сан-Франциско.
Нелли Аллен Габуева и Марина Назарова закончили один год магистратуры в университете Голден Гейт в Сан-Франциско в 2006 году. Их имена можно найти в этом документе университета. Судя по тому, что ни у одной из них нет адвокатской лицензии в США, экзамен на адвоката они не сдали до сих пор.
Нелли Аллен Габуева и Марина Назарова не стали отчаиваться. Они решили, что лицензия им и вовсе не нужна, чтобы заниматься иммиграционным правом в США. В 2014 году они вдвоем зарегистрировали организацию, которую Нелли Аллен Габуева называет Ассоциация Помощи Вновь Прибывшим или Alien Assistance Association, PBC.
Учредителем стала сама Нелли Аллен Габуева, а агентом для принятия судебных исков Марина Назарова. На корпоративных документах, которые Нелли Аллен Габуева подает Секретарю Штата Калифорния, она называет себя доктором и магистром юридических наук.
Офис открыли по адресу 388 Маркет, офис 1300, Сан-Франциско, Калифорния 94111. При этом на своем вебсайте http://www.ilgsf.com они представляются под именем другой организации—International Law Group. Сокращенно они называют ее iLawGroup, LLP.
Печать этой организации Нелли Аллен Габуева ставит на свои контракты с клиентами. На печати написано, что iLawGroup, LLP была зарегистрирована в Тбилиси, в Грузии, в 2014 годy. Что эта печать и организация делают в штате Калифорния не понятно. Также не понятно, почему печать на английском, а не на грузинском языке.
Когда я предъявил копии квитанции и контракта самой Нелли Аллен Габуевой, она сказала, что моя клиент у нее печать выкрала вместе с документами, подпись подделала, и никаких денег вообще ей не платила. Более того, Нелли Аллен Габуева утверждает, что ее организация некоммерческая (nonprofit) и деньги за свою работу не берет.
Эта дама завралась настолько, что сама себе стала противоречить. Сначала она утверждала, что моя клиент пришла в ее офис сделать оплату. Якобы моя клиент воспользовалась отсутствием сотрудников в офисе, украла свою папку с документами и убежала.
Далее ее история поменялась. Нелли Аллен Габуева стала утверждать, что оплата ей делается через банк, наличные деньги в офисе они не принимают. Затем она и вовсе стала отрицать, что ее якобы «некоммерческая» организация берет с клиентов деньги.
Клиент показала мне ее переписку с Нелли Аллен, где последняя требует от нее деньги.

Под звездочкой внизу, в контракте с моим клиентом, Нелли Аллен Габуева пишет, что она имеет право заниматься юриспруденцией в России и подала заявление в Нью-Йоркскую коллегию адвокатов. В США нельзя заниматься адвокатской практикой без лицензии.
Не достаточно для этого быть юристом в другой стране, России например, или подать документы на экзамен в коллегию адвокатов. Прежде чем подписывать контракт с клиентом, нужно сдать лицензионный экзамен и получить лицензию адвоката хотя бы в одном из пятидесяти штатов США. Очевидно, Нелли Аллен Габуева это не сделала.

На мой ей запрос по электронной почте о ее лицензии в США она ответила, что ее номер 1031567, это номер ее членства в коллегии адвокатов города Нью-Йорка. Коллегия адвокатов города Нью-Йорка это клуб для студентов юридических факультетов и практикующих юристов. Само по себе это членство ни коим образом не позволяет заниматься юриспруденцией в США. Этот факт мне подтвердила секретарь коллегии адвокатов города Нью-Йорка по телефону.
Тем не менее, Нелли Аллен Габуева пишет этот номер на форме G-28 и подает ее в службу иммиграции, чтобы представлять клиентов на интервью по убежищу. Какое-то время ей это удавалось, пока ее мошенничество не раскрыли на одном интервью в Сан-Франциско. Нелли Аллен с этого интервью выгнали, а клиента долго расспрашивали о том, как он ее нашел. Очевидно, что офис по убежищам в Сан-Франциско заинтересуется теперь и другими делами, которые подавала в службу иммиграции эта аферистка.
Andrey, you are very sick in your mind and acting like you superior, in the way that only you who passed the Cal bar, you special, you graduated from the Berkley. Nelly, I hope you understand that by calling me names and not addressing the substance of the matter you are implicitly confirming all of the allegations about you in the article above.
I do not feel superior at all. Any person can go to law school, pass the Bar, and practice immigration law. These people are not superior to you, they are just licensed attorneys doing their job. You decided to circumvent the law and take a shortcut, which is illegal, and you are now facing the consequences.
You are right that I am attacking «certain people.» We call these certain people «notarios» or «people practicing law without a license.» By doing so I protect the victims of your unlawful activity and the public in general.
You took $4,000 from my client and lied to her that you are a licensed attorney. This is a crime of fraud that is now being investigated.
I understand that you may think that I am the source of all of your troubles, but this is not the case. You made a choice to lie to immigrants, it was your choice to take their money under false pretenses. You are the perpetrator of the crime of fraud, you are not a victim of bullying. I am sorry that you feel hurt and I can give you a hug if that helps you feel better. However, you will still have to pay for your crimes and return to people what does not belong to you.
Thank you for your concern about my karma. If my karma suffers any damage from my actions to expose your scheme of fraud, my karma will definitely improve when unwary immigrants do not become your victims.
